Based on my understanding of Carrera 12, second execution dial should have the serial engraved at 12 o clock, and "2447" engraved at 6pm lugs. I had a 2447 NST that followed that convention.

The case you have sounds like an earlier execution case, where the serial is engraved at 6 o clock instead of 12, with no model numbers engraving.
