Carlo and Jeff- I've had similar experiences with the seller. It's been an interesting time to say the least. I had reached out to simply give him an FYI regarding the absurdity of his price which lead to an explanation of how he doesn't want to sell and multiple inquiries regarding what I thought a fair price may be.

This certainly does not seem like a situation where the seller is getting contacted by types of people he is claiming to be in talks with. We all know how quickly these "rarer" pieces move on the market when they're well priced.

Let's see how this one ends!
