Some of the Heuer dials with additional print such as Volvo, Cobra, MG etc appeal to me. Others which include, what is in effect, a department store or jewellers name ( in essence a co-branding ) attempt are a negative for me.
Fab. Suisse is niether of these things ! As we have learned over the years it was a requirement put in place in France to show where products were made. This means it was a practical necessity & i accept its presence on the dial.
I can see the French collectors & those that speak french appreciating this extra text but cant understand why anyone else would pay a premium for the statement on a dial.
For my own part Fab. Suisse would neither add nor detract from the value.
