Additional photos would certainly be helpful. I requested a condition report as well, but untill now I did not receive anything.

Shape of lugs is thesame as 1st and 2nd exec. cases as far as I can see in the one picture. Again, extra detailed photos could prove me wrong...but I would be surprised.
