Pretty sure Craig at Chronodeco can help with this..

If you look for Craig on these post you'll know who I'm talking about he lives in the west coast and has handled a few of my watches here is hus webite http://www.chronodeco.com . He also used to own one of these and will likely know how to service one. Chronodeco is his company, I think he's on vacation at the moment. But I would recommend him if you need it done in the USA.

: Hi Everyone,
: First post here. I need to replace the setting lever on my Orivs
: Solunagraph. I accidentally pulled out the crown & stem when
: setting it. The watchmaker who is currently servicing the watch
: is taking an amazingly long time finding a suitable replacement
: part. I've lost confidence in the guy. I'm in the U.S. and am
: wondering if you could provide any recommendations on someone
: that could help service my watch. I haven't been able to wear my
: watch since May and that kills me. Appreciate any guidance you
: may provide.

: Cheers.
