It's a lovely watch and congratulations on the find. Movado made some lovely movements for sure.
I was with you on your whole post and really enjoy the pictures but I'm not sure why there's a need to call Carrera's simple or the UG Rindt the same. This is a Heuer forum firstly, so it could be taken as a bit insulting...why incite an argument when showing off such a pretty watch? Second, there's nothing "plain" about a V72...you have them in your treasured Enicars and your Autavia.
In any case, enjoy your Movado...we look forward to seeing more pictures of it along with other legendary chronographs like the Carrera and Compax.
