Here's an interesting article, about the start of the Fall art auctions in New York City -- What to Watch in New York’s Fall Art Auctions. The Taubman collection is being sold tonight, by Sotheby's; Mr. Taubman served as chairman of Sotheby's (and he also served some jail time, for price fixing).

I suppose that for those who can't afford the vintage Heuers, there's always art.
