Clearly 1000km at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, must be 1971 judging by the date, when Vic Elford and Gérard Larrousse won for Martini Racing in a Porsche 908/03. Had the photo been from 1968 or 1969 there would have been another Heuer connection, Seppi was in the winning car.
