On further research I now think the first picture is the later execution, being towards the end of Camaro production. This is based on the single top marker and the 'silver plated' dial, instead of the earlier 'white' dials, and as shown in the 71-72 catalog.

: tachy ring (there are versions with these exact hands with an
: orange tachy ring)-so that is a bit of an anomaly

: Both are 73443T, to indicate the Valjoux 7734 and Tachy ring.
