Off the top of my head [because it is not interesting enough to actually check the records], I recall seeing this one sold by Watches of Knightsbridge . . . probably in September . . . probably around $6,xxx ($8,200 with commissions).
Then we saw it sold on eBay a couple of weeks ago, north of $10,000 . . . so around $1,800 / maybe $2,000 profit for the WOK purchaser.
Now it's offered on eBay with an $11,000 BuyItNow (or "Make Offer").
A nice looking watch . . . I would have been happy with it, at the original $6,000 / $7,000 . . . IMHO, the $11,000 BIN price is nuts!!
