It's a second execution 2447N dial, with the wider, painted indices, but like you said has an incorrect chrono seconds hand and what appear to be 1st execution h/m hands, although they are so dirty it's tough to tell if those are even authentic for a first execution or the hands from the "poor man's carreras" I have seen a lot of lately. The sub register hands also appear to have been (poorly) painted. I believe a signed crown would be correct for a second execution, but the chapter ring appears to be an incorrect replacement.
