Market Watch: Carrera 2447 N (Second Execution)

This one just sold on eBay, at $6,766 -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/151902890306

It is a (relatively rare) second execution dial (with wider markers than the first execution), but the hands look kind of strange. I believe that second execution hands should have the black inserts, as well as the lume inserts, right?
