In my opinion this is an older refinish and not a great one to boot. I have seen a few of these with original dials but very few that had nice original dials. These watches notoriously leaked with sweat and condensation and the dials did not hold up. Not only does the printing look to be way sub-quality for Longines but the background paint is not at all like the original would have been.
Just my opinion.
