The hammer on the two Broad Arrows was less than expected, only similar to private sales I hear. Certainly some dissapointment behind scenes

I think the dial is wrong on the eBay link...should be for later example not 2915, also wonder if hands orignals and as you say movement too early.
Much better (I think) to spend $100k on correct than $40k on parts that do not belong.
