Non-Heuer Content - thoughts on UG Aero compax dial? *PIC*

Greetings to all,
Apologies for posting non Heuer content, hoping you can help nonetheless.
Do Universal Geneve fans here have thoughts on whether this dial is original or could be a very old redial?

I'm wondering whether the inscriptions "Universal" and "Aero-compax" being very close to the subdials is a known possibility.
