A query I have about the setting of time on this watch (Lemania 1873). I note that the watch does not have a hack for the seconds but I've read in the Omega Forum that you can stop the seconds by keeping pressure on the crown when setting the date.
I also found a post about NOT setting the time backwards if the seconds do not stop when the crown is pulled out. My watch is now 120 seconds fast over 2 weeks and I want to set it back. I don't want to damage the movement - should I wind it forward or is it O.K. to stop the seconds and wind the time back.
Thanks in advance.
