Happy and Healthy New Year for you and your family as well.
About your Heuer Autavia Ref.2446 - 2nd execution. To my eyes it's all correct Amer. Hands are 100% original Heuer and were definitely used also on these 2nd execution 2446 Autavia's. Bezel is ofcourse original Heuer and I think perfectly OK for this watch, no doubts about that.
As for the color of the subregisters...also this I would feel comfortable with.

I think Hodinkee - Bring a Loupe, should correct their expression of doubts about your watch.
