No, only some of them have silver script. I'm not sure what the percentage would be, but I have seen more 2447N's with silver script than 3647N's, and all of the very early 3647N's I have seen are white script. I believe the short period for the silver script text was just before the 2nd execution models were introduced, but maybe one of the expert historians can chime in.
