A few years ago I sourced my watches from the US, Canada, Australia, Chili and Uruguay.. The slipping Euro now forces me to hunt much closer to home and compete with roving Yankies waving wads of strong Dollars!
And as you say: it's patiently and painstakingly searching and searching... often to see it slip thru your fingers.. a 1st exec GMT ring a bell?
The 1163P.. I sent the mail to Milan at 03:40 AM... or 21:40 in Atlanta... If only you didn't have that after dinner coffee ;-) Unfortunately the reason I was up in the middle of the night was my dog Henkie who was determined not to give in to the grim reaper. He lost the fight on Easter Sunday.
