President Eisenhower owned a Heuer chronograph, Rolex Datejust, Vulcain Cricket, and a Hamilton with his family’s faces on the dial.
President Eisenhower is reported to have purchased a steel Heuer chronograph in 1945 with a 12-hour register. While we don't have a clear photograph of Eisenhower wearing this watch, he was pictured in a 1946 Casa Masson advertisement for Heuer.
