This watch is correct in terms of dial and movement. As others have noted, the original PVD finish has been bead blasted from this watch.
This is a 750.501, which uses a Valjoux 7750. The catalogue shot the OP is referring to shows the 510.x series, which used Lemania 5100's. These are different series of watch. These watches use a very similar (identical?) case, but to my knowledge the Pasadena / Montreal never used a Lemania 5100 movement - only the VJ 7750.
