Hello Francis.
Apart from the fact, that it starts at the speed of 120km/h, which normally is not the case, it has all the features of a tachymeter and could easily be used as such. I have never seen bezels like this on Solunagraph!! Could it be a replacement of some unoriginal bezel? Maybe not, but it is not a common bezel.
