Well, it'd have to be reference with a gilt dial and semi-railroad track index (5510 and earlier) paired with a case with crown guards (5512/13 or later). I can't find any evidence that Rolex ever produced that dial in a case with crown guards, but I'm happy to be proved wrong. At best, the watch looks like a Franken.
