Really no good explanation for what we are seeing.

Watches of Knightsbridge sold it last summer, at around $8,500, which was a shade above market at that time.

Then we saw it listed again and again, on eBay, as the Knightsbridge buyer (loctaed in the UK) seemed determined to sell the watch, to get back at least the $8,500 price that he had paid. I lost track, but seem to recall that one of his eBay listings had a sale price of just over $10,000 . . . but I am uncertain whether or not that was this seller's last listing.

So now we see it listed again on eBay, by a seller in Texas. Not sure whether he is just trying to get his money back or whether he is trying to flip it for a quick profit.

It's a nice looking watch . . . let's hope that it finds its way to a nice, stable home.
