Fraudulent Listing??

I wonder whether the entire listing was fraudulent.

Photos were identical to one of the previous eBay listings; description of the watch was a fill-in-the-blank form; in the last year, only feedback as seller was for "Men White Sperry Shoes Size 8", which sold for $5.50. Big jump from $5.50 shoes to a $10,000 watch.

It just didn't look right.
