Hi
First of all you have to know that wearing a vintage watch is quite different to new ones.
With most vintage watches you have to avoid contact with water as they are mostly
not waterproof anymore. Then you always should calculate a service for the movement
If you are not buying from a watchmaker that proofs you that the watch had a service shortly.
But your question is not too easy to answer with that poor information you give.
