Hi and welcome to the forum.
I am afraid that the dial may be the only Heuer part of this watch. The case and all the hands are certainly not Heuer. If you have a movement shot we can offer more but at this stage it's not looking good.
If you can return the watch then do so without delay. If not then you have to chalk it down to a learning experience.
