I've bought a few recently so have a little knowledge on them. Would say the yellow seconds hand is not original. Should be the same as the photo, red with no 'tail'. The non-opening one is I guess just 'stuck'....think the only solution is to try and carefully 'prise' it away from the base like the other one.

I had a number of replies to my WTB recently but none had the chrome version. From what I know it is pretty 'rare' for the helmets. If you type "chrome helmet" in the search tab you'll see a couple offered previously...last one end of 2015.
