Not a Top Time
In Response To: Breitling Top Time ref. 2002, "Thunderball" dial. ()

Please take a look and see how they look next to each other.

Again... The size of the sub-dials, the distance between them and between the subs and the ring around the dial tells me it is not a Heuer, nor a Breitling Top Time.
I would say it's most likely a Landeron powered chronograph.
