I believe that the 3147N included in the Hodinkee Shop was also very reasonably priced, at $8,000. Some buyers may not have liked the engraving on the case-back, but that does not affect my own interest in a watch. I wold have expected a "10 Handle" for this Carrera.
I am really liking the approach to pricing that we are seeing in the Hodinkee Shop. And it looks like the prospective buyers are liking it, as well. All the Heuers have sold quickly.
