Pretty sure it's not a date/serial range issue, and that almost any 60/70s bezel could be "ghosted", depends on amount of exposure to strong outdoor light. I don't think it's like tropical dials, which were "probably" due to a a particular black paint used for a time. I've seen Sifferts with last execution dials and early 2446 1st executions with ghost bezels too.
