Hi Henrik - thank you for the information. I have looked on the site you recommended and the watch is an Autavia 73663 T Villeneuve.
Everyone in Heuer land is being very helpful and it is much appreciated! It is interesting that it is not recommended that I send it to Tag Heuer. Is there any particular reason for this?
I live in Devon, England so who would you recommend to do the work?
