I kicked the tires on this Tudor simply because I was curious to see if it was a scam or not. The seller answered quickly and reasonably to any questions that I asked, but his insistence on a bank wire put me off from even considering the transaction and I subsequently blocked his email address to avoid any future conversations.
When a seller unequivocally rejects PayPal, despite a buyer's offer to pay for any associated fees, it should set off every alarm bell possible. Pretty simple rule - wire transfers aren't negotiable after they're sent! Once the pin is pulled and the grenade tossed, you can't get it back.
