Thank you for coming back to me so quickly.
The watch is identical to this one:
http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Chronographs/63.Carrera/z.Poor_Man's_Carreras/Zodiac/Valjoux_72/
It's 36mm and the crystal is 33mm and 3 mm high (the dome). I took those measurements with a ruler though....
