I can only tell you what I have seen here in the US and on eBay with these generic Valjoux movement chronos....which is that they are not very valuable. If they have a name, like Zenith or Heuer on them they bring about double what a sort of Private Label or a no name will bring. Your watch seems to have a plastic crystal which has deteriorated and and emitted gasses which have discolored the dial. Unfortunately this will hurt the value of the watch. My feeling is that here in the US this watch might sell for $200.
