"Worn" Rindt eBay Auction - $11,600

I shouldn't have been shocked, but I still was. When it hovered in the high-$8K range until the final seconds, I thought it was a rough example but worth it to someone that would give it a little TLC and restore the hands/dial to an attractive hue. At nearly $12K though...man. What do others think? Even it it's expertly restored with faux lume, it's hard to read into whether that'll be a good decision down the road.
