She's a rare bird, indeed. It was interesting, as well - I emailed the previous owner just to let him know that it wasn't running after a wind but it didn't matter because I was going to have it serviced anyways. He said "give it a gentle shake, sometimes that would get it started." Obviously that's not exactly confidence-inspiring, but a gentle rock back/forth and it started ticking away. Very weird! Either way, hoping Craig and Chronodeco can squeeze it into the queue.
