Rally Master -- Rallye International Geneva (1960)
In Response To: Heuer Monte-Carlo ()

The Monte Carlo was introduced in 1958, as the 12-hour timer that would replace the dash-mounted Autavia.

I am not aware of anyone who tracks the serial numbers of the dashboard timers.

We have seen several of the Rally Master pairs award at the Rallye International Geneva; here is one of these pairs awarded in 1959.

: Hi,

: does anyone know, when they started making these and what would be
: the earliest serial number currently known. What I have is a MIB
: Monte-Carlo with serial number 15080 and it was given as a prize
: for Rallye International Geneva in 1960.

: Unfortunately can't post a picture of it, because it's not anywhere
: on the internet.
