Advice on 3647n or 3647nt

Hello,

I'm a complete newbie to vintage Carreras. That being said, I'd like to buy either a 3647n or 3647nt (this would be my preference) this year.

If possible, could anyone tell me what would be a fair market value for these watches and what would be the main factors affecting said value?
