Would agree with you on that John. With no markings or documented evidence on the watch, even if it was the real deal, there seems very little to give that personal feel and connection. I know nothing about the model, but would assume it was a pretty value end, bulk standard pocket watch of the time. His inscribed Longines fetched $600k in '08 so certainly seems odd that this one is estimated at $20k. Will indeed be interesting to see how it does.
