Well.. yes Heuer have legal protection on their trademark(s), but I'd hardly point the finger at Deus. Names within a boundary shape are very common indeed, and is a popular design feature. If you wrote your company name within a rectangle, you can't deny alone else writing their name within a rectangle.

This isn't really similar..
