Hi Everyone,
Looking for some help on the possible value of this watch please if you can.
I believe it is a Leonidas Pre-Heuer dato 12 with Valjoux 72c movement in a gold case.
It's not my area of expertise and I'm trying to help the executor of a friend's estate who sadly passed away recently.
It looks like the dial has been pretty crudely had the numbers re-written around the outer ring and I suspect it would look a whole lot nicer with a refinished dial as this one spoils it I believe, even though I do like to keep things originally.
If anyone could share their opinions on its value in its current state on a forced sale basis that would be really helpful.
Work on the basis that the movement is all correct and fully working for now as I don't have pics of that yet.
Also where would be best to sell something like this?
Thanks in advance!!
