Currently, we seem to have a steady flow of these articles, although this one in the WSJ was very thorough and appeared to be accurate. So many magazines and bloggers have recently covered the "downturn in luxury watches" trend.

I am wondering what people are seeing in the market for vintage watches? Has the market ticked down, off the top? Any parallel to the vintage car market -- muscle cars, exotics, etc.? It's relatively quiet since the May / June 2016 auctions, but what are we expecting for Fall 2016?
