Speak to Jack at IWW. I'm not sure if he has the correct shade of green, but he did my black version about 7 months ago. It's DLC, so 'better' than PVD.
I too had Abel prep the parts before sending them away. Jack did a second blasting to his specific finish before coating. Make sure you get Abel to remove the crown gasket if you do send to Jack - he had trouble with it (dunno why, but there you go!).
Cost a load, something like $1k, I can't quite remember exactly.
