Heuer 73653 Case on Ebay

two weeks ago I found this offer at ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HEUER-CARRERA-HANDWIND-1970IES-CASE-WITH-GREY-INNERBEZEL-NEW-OLD-STOCK-/121997867681?hash=item1c67a3baa1:g:uEUAAOSwagdXRuWG

I just bought the white-tachy-bezel one, cause I just needed the bezel for my Poor Man's 73353. Today I got the message, that this is not a 73653 case (I sell the rest of the case at CT) but for a ordinary Valjoux 7765.

Can you confirm this isn't Heuer? It misses the SN between the lugs, but the rest fits the 73653 in my opinion.
If this is not legit, I would try to get a refund and of course delete my offer at CT.
