My main suggestion to C&C would be to set the initial bid a little closer to the reserve price. Also, the ability to zoom in on images would be helpful. Other than that, I thought they did a fine job presenting a very nice collection of assorted Heuers. I enjoyed looking at the pieces, and while I didn't win any, I thought it was pretty well done for their first (?) large auction.
