So interesting that you bring that up - I thought the same at first, but upon re-examination wasn't able to definitively say that they weren't Heuer. The chrono hand is Heuer, I believe, but isn't correct (not a deal breaker for an otherwise correct screwback).
For comparison, I offer a picture of my own. Chrono hand is different, but the hour / minute hands are much closer. Only difference visually is that the minute hand appears to be slightly shorter. Font on the bezel is also fatter, but didn't know if that's acceptable or not.
