the T reprinting of the dial does not declare the why's : it is badly relumed, installed in a wrong case wrong number, with wrong hands and no possibillity of pictures of movement and inner case back.
perhaps heuer printed the T because the watch had to go to a country to where is was nessesary, that happened, but what happened afterwards is another thing I think
