All This Loaded into Second Execution Case

To me, this is simply a parts watch (pleasant-sounding term) or a "franken" (does not sound as nice). . .

  • Dial has the history, as Paolo has described
  • Hands are too short
  • Now it lives in a second execution case.
So, yes, there are some interesting parts here, but I do not believe that many of them left the Heuer factory together, back around 1962.

: Watch has been factory-converted to tritium:

: - radium has been scratched
: - dial has been signed with tritium marking
: - radium hands replaced with later tritium hands
: - bezel with radium triangle has been replaced with later no-lume
: bezel

: We don't know why and when this has been made... but we can see the

: There has been a couple of 3646 big registers with same conversion
: on the market, unfortunately i did not save the pictures!
