Autavia Ref 1163 MH, Ridged Markers & "Fat V"

It's an early automatic Autavia for me today, Reference 1163 MH, with the ridged markers and the "Fat V" in the "Autavia" . . . serial number is in the prized "141" range, 141691 to be exact.
